ProDispatch is a dispatch service provider, dispatching freight to carriers throughout the United States. We currently dispatch Reefers, Dry Vans, Power Only, Hotshots, 26ft and up Box Trucks, Flatbeds, & Step Decks.

Our dispatchers play several roles, he or she is part organizer, part trip planner, part advisor, and part company representative. Wearing all those hats can be tedious and overwhelming. Therefore, we do ask that you work exclusively with us and are willing to travel.
To become a carrier there are certain requirements that you – as the carrier – must meet in order for us to legally work with you or your company.
Below are the Documents we Require:
A copy of your Valid Letter of Authority provided by FMCSA.
Don’t have your Authority Letter yet? Generate an instant letter with a partner here (Your MC must be active with FMCSA to obtain the Authority Letter).
A Completed W9 Form
A copy of your Insurance Certificate. We require $1 Million in Auto Liability and $100,000.00 in Cargo, as a minimum
